WKU student leaders urge free tuition for black students as slavery reparations.

Western Kentucky University's Student Government Association passed a resolution to give all black students free tuition as reparations, the College Heights Herald has reported. While student senators acknowledged the move was largely symbolic, the resolution would send be an acknowledgment that slavery is a "debt that will never be paid.
